Who Is T-Low?

Amos Chipasha, also known as T-Low BadMan AlLahji, was born August 2nd, 1992, in the city of Ndola. In 2014, T-Low cultivated a desire to compose his own music as he felt the passion to write music become more of an addiction than simply an interest. This gave birth to his professional career as an artist and songwriter. Specializing in upbeat Afro-Pop and R&B, T-Low feels relatable and danceable music can help ease the loneliness that accompanies sorrowful moments in life.

In 2017, T-Low had a career break through. He was featured on one of the most successful Zambian albums, releasing his first country-wide hit “Because of You” with Mumba Yachi and was also nominated in the first ever Kwacha Music Awards as the Best Newcomer in the male category. In 2018, T-Low was nominated in two categories of the second edition of the Kwacha Music Awards. The first category being Best Copperbelt Artist and the second being Best R&B Song of the Year. T-Low’s “Because of You” scooped Best R&B Song of the Year 2018’s award, leading T-Low to become a household name in the industry.

T-Low preforming

In 2019, the release of his EP “The Melody Man” captured every angle of an audience from young to old with its timeless tune. Shortly after this release, T-Low won Best Copperbelt Artist. Set to drop his first album, “The Awakening”, in 2020, T-Low signs with American brand record label, METI Records.
